ATTENTION: Participation in Motocamp Tour '24 (the "Event") is at your own risk. This Disclaimer and Release of Liability outlines the terms and conditions of your participation and serves to release the organizers and associated entities from any potential liability.

1. Assumptions of Risk:

By registering for the Event, you acknowledge and understand that off-road vehicle operation inherently involves risks of injury, death, and property damage. You assume all such risks associated with your participation, including but not limited to:

• Accidents with other vehicles, terrain hazards, and environmental factors.

• Equipment failure or malfunction.

• Personal health concerns or fitness limitations.

2. Release of Liability:

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Event, you hereby release and forever discharge GOAT ADV LLC, Oklahoma Adventure Riders, organizers, and all sponsors (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Event, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury, death, or property

damage resulting from any cause whatsoever.

• Claims based on the negligence or breach of any duty of the Released Parties.


3. Vehicle and Licensing Requirements:

You are solely responsible for ensuring your vehicle is street-legal and in safe operating condition. You must possess a valid driver's license for the applicable vehicle type and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations throughout the Event.

4. Off-Road Operation:

You acknowledge that the Event involves off-road driving, which requires additional knowledge and skills beyond regular on­
road driving. You must possess the

necessary skills and experience to safely navigate off-road terrain.

5. Protective Gear:

The use of appropriate safety gear, including helmets, boots, eye protection, and gloves, is strongly recommended for all participants. You are responsible for providing and wearing your own safety gear.

6. Route Usage:

All routes provided by GOAT ADV LLC are copyrighted intellectual property and intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the routes without written permission from GOAT ADV LLC is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law:

This Disclaimer and Release of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

8. Acceptance:

By registering for the Event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Disclaimer and Release of Liability and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
